The big challenges and barriers that AMSs might be faced especially in market access in telecommunication services, domestic regulation in ASEAN. What would ASEAN ICT Masterplan 2020 bring to the prosperity and growth of ASEAN Member States and the benefit of ASEAN citizen. The discussion on the direction of roaming in ASEAN and Network Security including future trend of telecommunication regulations to support the Internet Economy.]
